Has anyone encountered any problems using an adult ticket for a child?

I am a STH and one of our group can't make it on Saturday so I'm planning to use the spare ticket to take my son.

I can't see that this would cause any problems but you never know! I can understand that an adult using a child ticket would be a problem but not the other way round.

The tickets are not scrutinised very thouroughly so should be no problem. I must admit to having done it the other way round for a midweek match when Ben has been unable to attend due to school the next day and I have never had a problem.

I dont think the actual ticket stub says what type of ticket it is as mine all say complimentary which was probably due to the problems I had paying for them: through no fault of mine.
