I see a lot of negative comments around our ticket office, so thought I'd share my (rare) experience of having to contact them.
Friend is down this weekend, fancied coming along to see Brighton, so thought I'd phone up and see what they could do, given I am a season ticket holder.
Queued for about 3 minutes before being answered, explained I had a season ticket, but wanted to bring a friend along, what options were there. The chap kindly checked the West Stand Upper, found a pair of seats together, said he could move me + post a paper ticket free of charge, and sell me a seat at standard match day price.
All done and dusted in under 10 minutes from calling in, with the result I wanted.
