Ticket office farce

How on earth can the ticket office be closed the day before a home game?

Is buying tickets on line reliable? and can I chose where I want to sit?

I assume I collect the tickets at the ground? or do I print them...

Easter is supposed to be religious holiday.. not business...

Rant over...calmed down.....Must go to church and repent...NOT

I know Ali Jenkins tried to buy tickets last Saturday morning and it took him the best part of half an hour to get through.

I know this because he made me hold his phone for him while he was getting changed for the fans game against Donny.

I can see why some people might just give up...

I just called them and the answer phone said closed for Good Friday...not so F@@king good if you need to get a ticket. (or 3)

All they have to do is employ 1 person for the day, sell 6 tickets and hey presto instant profit, after all they don't earn pop star wages in Shops.

Ticket Office will be open tomorrow i.e. day of the match. You can call them up and specify which seats you want, or you can order online, tho not so sure you can specify where you want to sit then. Either way you can pick 'em up at the ground.

Is it not Easter in Swindon then? ???

...possibly because people are phoning up about renewals etc.

Don't tell anyone else, but they normally start answering the phones a bit earlier than advertised on Saturdays. Keep it Schtumm.

Unable to renew me season ticket online this morning. Will not moan tho cos it's Good Friday
I managed to renew ONE season ticket on-line this morning. Five minutes later, when trying to renew a second season ticket, I got the message that service was temporarily unavailable.

It's incredibly FRUSTRATING.

I popped up there yesterday and they did seem quite busy.

I’m glad that I went up there rather then phone up as it was probably quicker in the long run.

Away the last of the season ticket renewals have been sent out but they said to me if I don’t receive it after the bank holiday weekend then come up again, as I wanted to get it sorted yesterday but not having the renewal letter I couldn’t do it yesterday.

Leeds tickets have been processed and should be with people during the next week. 700 have been sold so far.
