Booked my Northampton tix on the internet last night, only to be allocated two in different rows and seat numbers nowhere near each other.
Rang the ticket office this morning to have a moan up, and as soon as I explained the problem, the lady on the phone immediately knew who I was, calling me by name, and told me it was a known problem with the internet booking thingummybob, and had sent out two tix next to each other in the post this morning.
Now thats customer service!
