Tech idiot here, how do I turn off automatic updates using IOS?
Humour me here. Did you get a confirmation email? If you did your ticket is there to download to your phone.

Automatic updates is for the season ticket only so nothing to do with the Grimsby match.

However go to your Wallet, select your season ticket and top right corner there is a circle with 3 dots in. Tap that and a mini menu opens. Select "Pass Details" and a screen with options for your season ticket comes up. Change whatever you want to change, including automatic updates, then tap the back arrow in top left of the screen. Then tap "Done" in top left of screen. If you want to turn automatic updates back on then do the same process again.

If you leave updates turned off your season ticket graphic won't display the correct matches so probably best not to leave it turned off.

Log in to the Albion ticket site.
Go to your account and click on tickets.
Tick the box for the Grimsby game.
Click on "add to mobile wallet"
Should then appear in you wallet.

Just reminded me to add it to my wallet from the e-mail link

It is a separate ticket that appears in your wallet, NOT your season ticket, which for me has just updated to Brentford in the last few minutes.

Still showing as palARSE. I had the same problem for the Liverpool game. Anyone else experiencing?

Confirmation email yes, update to wallet NO
Update to wallet isn't automatic. There will be a link on the confirmation email to upload to wallet. Do that. Then open wallet. Might still show Palace game. But there should be two little dots at bottom of wallet screen now. Place finger on Palace game, then swipe finger left on screen. Grimsby game should now show

It will be a seperate match ticket in the wallet once downloaded (@Bombardier seems to be a Standard STH not 1901) , not part of the Season Ticket

Have you looked at everything in your wallet? You should have two BHAFC tickets because Palace was a league game (although mine has already updated to Brentford) and then another one for Grimsby (FA cup).
Is it possible one is hiding behind the other?
Check your expired passes too.

Same had happened to mine, just needed to 'unhide' it and it's now in the correct place in the wallet.
How do you unhide, I can't see any option for that ? I lost original email but followed the instructions in the reminder email i.e. logged onto myalbion account and select ticket, pressed the add to wallet link but not loading . I think i will have to get a paper copy.

As an aside went to the shop (to avoid queuing tomorrow) and they can't do anything nor are the ticket services available. My fault for not doing it earlier BUT surely someone in the shop could /should have access to ticketing area (they used to sell from the shop ) especially as the ticket services are not contactable by phone.

At the bottom tap on view expired passes, find your ST, click on it and choose ‘unhide’

yeah, probably.

It usually updates a few days after the match. But if it's not changed two days before the next fixture I assume it won't, then I'll delete and reinstall the wallet. Did this last time it didn't automatically update and got the correct game.

Once bitten....
You can normally just use the season ticket even if the game hasn't updated, I work for the club before games and always tell people to just try it before doing anything and it's always worked.

Even if it says Palace it will probably work at the turnstile for the next (non Grimsby) game.

No.That is incorrect and is what it says on the website.

It did not work for me at for the Leeds match. My ST did not update from the previous match and I was refused entry at the turnstile. The stewards had no authority to let me in despite having a season ticket and an email from customer services recommending that I do what you suggest as I asked them prior to the match about it. I had to queue at the ticket office with other supporters in a similar situation for a paper ticket.

As a consequence I missed a large proportion of the first half.

When I complained about it afterwards I was told that it was basically my fault for not getting there early enough. Despite first trying to enter about ten minutes before kickoff.

I'm not going to fall for that one again.

So it works as I said, but the stewards were wrong and didn't let you try it?

Because if you had tried, it probably would have worked.

I think I'm going to trust the dozens of people on each turnstile I've worked each match that it works tbf. I've also been told by the club that if it hasn't updated to tell people to scan it, if a steward is telling you it needs to say the actual game, let them ask the here to help people if there's one on that turnstile.

Most other people at the ticket office would have very different problems with their ticket.

Just had a minor wobble. Downloaded the tickets but only two of the three showed on the email. Heart stopped as it was mine that wasn't showing. Then realised I purchased my seat the day before on a separate email. Panic over.
