Not sure but it’s open for the Newcastle game as ours are showing as available.

You could play Russian Roulette with it and list it early and then hope it hasn’t sold if your last minute decision is that you can go!

It’s open and they’re selling as I’ve just managed to sell my son’s for tomorrow

I understand the cut off is just before the doors open which is usually 3 hours before a game for 1901

Thanks, I assumed it would be possible on the day, as presumably someone could wake up ill on Match Day and so would have an unused ticket that ideally they would want to put on the exchange.

I can't go today, so my son wanted to go with a mate instead.

The palava to do this "legally" is a massive pain the arse. And cost £38. On top of the 700 quid odd that I paid for the season ticket. I know this has been discussed before but its the first time I've gone through it personally.

It's taking the piss, frankly.

Lend him your phone or ticket

Thought they'd said something about not selling tickets on match day?

The ticket office windows won't be selling tickets to folks that walk up to the ground on match day.

Doesn't bother me. Nothing that interesting on it.
Fair enough, but my phone is my only line and therefore required most of the time (especially weekends). Giving to someone else for X time it not really an option.

Can’t you just screenshot the ticket and send that to a mate - rather than lending the phone? [emoji2369]

Sorry if this has been answered in the past, have had a search but couldn't find anything mentioned.

Does anyone know when the club open up the exchange to purchase tickets from? Looking at the ticket website for Palace there are about 150 tickets left to sell, all in the lower SE corner. Some friends want to go but are reluctant to sit there (not the best view and next to the undesirables).

Usual practise is the exchange will open after the club have sold all their own tickets. So those 150 need to shift first before the exchange tickets are available.

I know its all been said but the club have this so wrong at the moment. The risk of losing season ticket holders who cant easily pass on a ticket anymore and really never get a chance to sell on the exchange must engulf the tiny amount the club gains from holding sales back for a tiny amount of undesirable singles etc. Short sighted commercialism at its very worst.

Ah OK, thanks for the reply. I'll keep an eye on the website for if/when these seats go. I thought there must be a lower limit for when they decide they won't sell the odd few single seats in these areas and open up the exchange but I guess not

Is that a fact? Can’t remember which match it was but I thought Exchange opened before all tickets had been sold.
