Ticket exchange/refund

I got 2 tickets for the Cardiff game over Christmas for my son's first game, he is 5.
There is alot of talk about the game being rescheduled for a weekday game which would be an impossibility for us as he will have school in the morning.

Would the club exchange for another fixture or give a refund?

Anyone has any experience with the process?
