Thunder Bolt

Silly old bat
Just about to put the washing out on the line to dry.
My first load was almost dry when it began raining so only needed airing. The second lot was just about to be hung out when I saw the big raindrops. No thunder in BN9 though.

Sounds like I didn't miss anything being in the Cineworld at the Marina seeing Oppenheimer. Came out and a HUGE amount of water coming down Wilson Avenue, and still lots at the top. Water main gone pop?

Dying down in The Slade a bit, but still hearing those dining room chairs of your chosen deity being moved around.

Need a bit of sun to burst through now for a full on monkey’s birthday

Been very lively here in Patcham. Three really close strikes, including one a couple of houses away. Seems to be moving away now, and the torrential rain is sodding off too.

Heading off to the east from here in RH16, great view of it going though, plenty of flashes still to be observed

Rumbles starting to build in Patcham again... looks like there's a fair amount offshore that could be heading our way.

Similar in BN3. Slight contrast with Hove for the cricket on Tuesday!

Mega here, thunder straight after lightning strikes, on repeat. We had to go out in it taking a neighbours pet to the vets.

@WATFORD zero …. are you okay? Or sunning it overseas.
I was actually coming up from Ovingdean and over the Falmer road during that lot, absolutely stunning.

Home now and just heard a couple of rumblings
