Digging tatties up this afternoon, put them on plastic sheeting to dry out b4 putting in sacks.
Right on q it started to rain

How were your spuds this year? I did very well with my Rocket, Charlotte and Romano..

As we grow ours in large raised beds, we normally get a lot of greenery and minimal spuds.
But this year, I dug them a lot deeper than the norm.
Wow....Sarpo Mira, Blue Danube, Charlotte, Epicure and Kestrel all did fantastically well.

Here in Roselands Eastbourne, it tipped down for around ten minutes half an hour ago. A few flashes and peals of thunder but nothing much of note.
