Thread for those NOT going on Sunday

I've just read some of the comments on the 'How are you coping' thread and this has made me realise how bad I feel about missing the game on Sunday. We booked a holiday ages ago (half-term and all that) without giving the play-offs a second thought. As the season went on I started to realise what a potential catastrophe this could be, but hey ho, these things happen.

I will hopefully be able to see the game in a bar but it will not be the same as being there.

Win, lose or draw, I know that we will make so much noise on Sunday and do the club proud. I will be wearing the colours with pride in Majorca and will be hoping that we can pull out one more top performance.

COME ON ALBION

:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

Likewise I am unable to go. I have just come back from holidays and funds are tight as I am in the process of buying a new house and no matter how hard I try I can't even scrape the money together for a "Ryanair special". No doubt that wherever I watch the match it will be like I'm there - wearing my blue and white - and convincing myself that I can hear the chant "Stand up if you wnat Falmer" drifting over the Irish Sea - the drink will have nothing to do with that :lolol: :lolol: :lolol:

To everyone who is lucky to be able to go have a wonderful time, sing your hearts out, get behind the team and raise the roof when we score.

Have fun from one depressed SEAGULL

UP THE ALBION

Should have made other arrangements no excuses unless you died before hand in which case your spirit would still be there.

Not that it really helps, but if we win at least you get the chance to be boorish and loud all night celebrating a win no-one gives a toss about. That's what I did on Thursday in Lisbon.

You have to go - boost the numbers going so that JP will know the following that we have and grant Falmer - and your wife gives birth to a future Albion Supporter.

DO IT FOR YOUR SON

Yes, yes of course you have to go

Mate, I sympathise. My wife went into labour on the day I was due to be best man at my best mate's wedding. :nono:

It's a bummer but I promise you that you won't give a tuppenny toss about the football when you see your beautiful baby boy for the first time. :clap2: Besides which, you're helping the club in a much better way in the long run - I'm presuming he'll be made a Junior Seagull at some point in the next 4 weeks. ??? :)
