Need four top drawer centre midfielders, seeing as we'll likely play three in the middle a lot next season.
Norwood's not wanted and so (with all due respect to Steve, who I think was a shrewd signing for next season) we only have two.

This. We will (hopefully) spend big money on both positions. I doubt this will encroach what has been allocated for striker/s.

Nothing in that article makes me think this will happen soon if at all. Bremen have only had him 5mins so will be able to resist anything but silly money IMHO.
