The lamb was OK, will change the recipe next time and add a little more cumin and coriander, plus a little less water. It is a very good book, have cooked maybe ten of the curries, there is one made with lamb chops that has cumin fried potatoes that is a personal favourite.
Always tend to use a lot of cumin, probably my favourite spice. Forgot to have a look for the book at home, but have next week off, so will be looking to make some interesting stuff. Must remember this one *makes note in diary now*
