It's been a very unusual season with four distinct phases:
1. The McGhee rollercoster
2. New manager syndrome
3. The steep learning curve
4. The Pheonix from the flames
Let's hope number 4 is sustained.

I've only managed 2 games this season Boston in Carling Cup and Yeovil away. We were fairly dire in both. Hope that this run of form continues to the Doncaster game as that is my next target...
