Cant sort out the clock but I've reduced the number of smilies on immediate show and enabled quick reply without having to click, quick reply.

If you set it to GMT+2 hours it's an hour fast, but if you move it back an hour, it's an hour slow. WEIRD!

Mine work, so guess it's the 'Ignore' option.
