I watched 2 or 3 other videos on YT of those machines, they are excellent, all they need to do now is train the operators to pick the glasses up by the sides, not with their hands like a claw over the top. It was part of the basic training for me when I first worked in a pub, under no circumstances did bar staff ever hold the glass by the rim.
