Must have a valve and flow meter before the cup, like the machines they use at MaccyDs, put the cup on, press the button and walk away to get chips or whatever, they never overfill.

Yeah, but have you seen the queue to pay?

If you had a queue for STs only, who had money stacked on their ticket, why not have a swipe point next to the dispenser, you swipe your card, the money gets automatically deducted and you take the beer (probably with a red/green light for the tender to see to make sure your ticket swiped) - I reckon you could get people away as fast as your can pour, i.e. 44 a minute. Won't be much of a queue then.
