To summarise:

1: We have been homeless for the last 14 years
2: We have a £91 million stadium due to open next year that will make us the envy of many league clubs, and no debt.
3: People are still whining.

ok lets take any thing we get from now on as a bonus,sorry for getting upset that after 14 years of living in sub standard home that we should object to the basement flat in the big new house and only allowed to go for a day out as long as them upstairs are not going themselves. sorry sorry ok its a very nice basement flat

TB is adding a couple of mill to the cost by building a restaurant and hospitality lounge in the redundant floorspace no longer needed because the educational facility funding has fallen through. By next May will the total cost be £100M ? When the spaces in the corners are filled in will the 1901 club be extended further thus forcing out the pseudo ruffians from the West and East Stand into the corner blocks ?

Technically it appears to about attendance of matches at other stadia but point 3 still stands.
