What do you think needs to be done to get the seaon on track? We have been good in glimpses, but never quite got there.

The majority of problems seem to stem from the back line, and its not too bad going forward.

A few things I think we could do with.....

Experienced centre back - Its obvious none of the back line (that are our players) have any confidence and they need a bit of nurturing during the week and on the pitch - like Greegan did for Oldham

Captaincy - take it off Virgo. He is not a leader and is playing so badly he cannot guarantee starting.

Defensive coach - again to end our problems at the back and just instill some consistency - Gary Stevens maybe?

Liam Dickinson - sort his attitude out, and MAKE him get in the box. Loads of times he does a nice pass out wide and ambles along admiring his pass. GET IN THE RUDDY BOX and you will SCORE

Defence - tell them to play it short to Dicker and Bennett. El Abd did it once to Bennett and we scored on Saturday. It stops the aimless hoofing and we can then build an attack. Our strikers win about 1 in 10 headers from long balls

Midfield - We need a winger to compliment Bennett as he seems to have to do everything that is attacking from midfield.

Murray - get him fit and fighting for the cause. We cant rely on Forster, and Murray is the one that is going to score the most from the chances created in the penalty box

Corners - when we are defending them, leave some people upfront. It gives us a chance to hold up the ball if its cleared, and it also means that the opposition has to mark them instead of being a threat in our box.

i'd have Gary Stevens in as defensive coach, top defender in his day, talks a good game and certainly has an ability to analyse frailties, if applied to the training pitch that culd sort us out, He's also desperate to be involved with the albion.

Ship out Murray - he's a class act when he can be arsed, but having a player acting like a spoilt brat is only going to have a negative effect on the team. He doesn't want to be here, so now is the time for him to go.

We have been doing the same warm up pre match drills since Adams era...things on the training ground and a fresh approach. Players need to be instilled with their approach to games and unfortunately some players have gone backwards not forwards and that includes Elphick and Virgs. Need a leader and players to take responsibilty and a manager who can get this out of players. Coppell is a good man manager and would bring a good backroom selection.

Could never get my head around why we pulled everybody back at every corner in the games I've seen, bizarre tactics imo as you need at least a chance of an outlet from a headed or booted clearance.

He would have to sort out the defense. I can't imagine certain players in the defense playing for us next season if they continue their dire form. Bring in an experienced center back to bring consistency to the back four as they need a leader.

Appoint Steve Coppell as manager.
Let him bring in who he wants as coaching staff.
Get rid of any players who don't want to be or are not good enough to be at the Albion.
Get a proper left-back in on loan until McNulty's fit again.
Give him some money to sign 3 new quality players in the window: a new central defender/leader, a creative midfielder and a pacey striker to replace Murray.
