Walnuts, Brazil nuts
......it wouldn't be Christmas without any of these!

Nuts I neither like but also I must shell them first. Absolutely no idea, up there with dried dates in some Bethlehem type box when no one (NO ONE) wants or even knows why purchased = binned in March before purchase again in mid November (and repeat)

Depends what you do with it. One of the most versatile veg there is.

I suspect he/she meant 'pickled'.

For me the biggest Christmas weirdshit is trifle, which I make myself. Turkey, ditto, is also 'Christmas only'. Er, and curry well into January, obvs.

Do the vegetarians just overlook the fact that it's cheese wrapped in BACON, because it simply tastes too good to resist?

I think you may have been whooshed by the bants :lolol:

Baileys. Very strictly a December-only drink. So much so that among my mates, December 1st is known as Baileys Day.

In my house we have Xmas coffee. It doesn't exist other than in December, can be any style coffee you like just replace the milk with Baileys.
