Good for security as they record footage.Ring doorbells.
That was just for rich people though, I realise there was a lack of clothing but did you see the price of lingerie back thenI'm sure I've seen some cheeky films from the 70s that suggest window cleaners existed back then...?
Absolutely. My other half damaged his ACL 30 years ago and now has arthritis in his knee. He is on the waiting list for a knee replacement but in the meantime can still cycle on his electric bike, which only kicks in on hills, btw.I had stopped cycling because of the hills round here. I now cycle to work twice-a-week on my e-bike instead of driving. So, an electric bike has actually made me less lazy. Pretty sure that's the case for quite a lot of us older cyclists too.
Like going to see a musician/band . . . .Was talking about Blockbuster Video in Worthing the other day, with a friend who worked there many years ago. Ah, the carpets. The musty smell of stale popcorn.
The idea that you used to have to make a specific physical trip (perhaps even by car with parking and everything) to go and choose ONE film to borrow, and watch. And if it was rubbish, tough. That was your entertainment for the evening. AND then you have to again make the trip to take it back.
That seems unthinkably antiquated now.
And you know where to look for the parcels the lazy delivery service has just dumped by the flowerpot.Good for security as they record footage.
When is she going to do JOI ?Alexa ( other gadgets for lazy bastards are available)
Quite. Neighbours going for the third, to show off perceived affluence and keep up with other loons in the street . . . Both parents having to work full time + . . .and employ an au pair.Struck me how one could change 'dog walker' to 'child minder'.
Wheels were different when I was a kid…… They weren’t round in those days.Shouldn't have invented the wheel IMO.
Just made people lazier. What was wrong with carrying things for long distances?
