The linesman by the South Stand was awful. Struggled to keep up with play at times.

Then how can you comment on that late goal having any relevance? It was a total one-off caused by the referee's gaff.

If you were actually there and saw it you would not have felt the need to start a thread on the number of late goals IMHO

The worst decision was when the ball went off and he let us carry on then he gave a free kick to them which wasn't a free kick haha

Saw the sending off offence however which the whole of the south stand missed.

Someone less lazy should run the statistics, but I've always maintained that if games were only 60 minutes long, we'd still be in the Championship -- hell, might be at the bottom of the EPL.

The two late goals have both come following last minute substitutions by Gus. I know most managers do this when they are winning to use up a bit of time, but was taking off a midfield player, Bennett, and putting on a striker, Holroyd, a good idea? Bennett provides quite a lot of defensive cover for the full backs but I'm not sure that Holroyd does.

The ref and his assistants were dreadful, I can't believe the amount of shirt tugging he let Walsall get away with. The linesman with the checkered flag might as well have not turned up.
