Any petrol stations open
They are open but all empty in Peacehaven. I tried three stations this morning.

Ironically my dad's carer can't get to him today for exactly this reason. Fortunately I can get up to help him today, but what will happen tomorrow?

So after 20 days off isolating, I now cant fill the van up which is going to impact work further. Absolute selfish tosspots, I even know people that panic bought fuel, really I'm sick of our species. There's very few actual intelligent people around, the rest of us might as well still be ****ing monkeys!

An example of how self absorbed the human race has become.
Yes. The M&S BP garage at East Preston/Rustington had unleaded ( no diesel ) at 7am but the queues were starting to build.Any petrol stations open
I was driving past to try the Shell 24 hour one nearby but did a quick u-ee to join the queue at the BP.
Oh and the death trap queues on the A27 eastbound past Falmer were also building which suggests fuel.
Queueing was starting at the small Clayhill service station on the way east from Lewes. They had a yellow vested marshall but no idea what he was telling drivers.
Also queues at the Shell at the Maresfield A22/A26 roundabout.

WTF is wrong with people ? They should have someone managing the queues…..if you’ve got, say, more than half a tank then you get turned away. I’m getting a bit low but got no long journeys that I can’t put off (just got to get to the Amex tomorrow now which I hadn’t planned but that’s ok) so going to wait. Really feel for anyone who genuinely needs fuel for work etc.

Still loads of posts on this thread from people in petrol queues slating people in petrol queues. Seems everyone posting has a more important reason to be there than their fellow queuers. Complete lack of self awareness.
Much the same as those of us bemoaning being stuck in traffic.
Oblivious to the fact we are traffic.
Self awareness and us motorists doesn't go hand in hand.
I noticed that. It is always the 'panic buying' winkers that are stopping ME ( not panic buying, no sireee ) buying my fuel.
Lol.
Perhaps they also have equally good reasons ? They are not sitting in queues for fun.
Funny that! I need some petrol for my scooters If I want to ride them to work, but I don't NEED petrol to get to work as there's 3 maybe 4 days worth in the car. Hopefully it will have blown over by then.

Is this the garage on the bottom end of the A24 or in Findon itself. I will try and get some fuel tomorrow morning on the A24 4am-ish going to work. My last resort could be the one at Hillbarn crossroads.
Had to laugh this morning. Went for a run along the seafront and there was a huge queue both ways for the BP / M&S garage on Kingsway in Hove at 8.15. And what was this queue holding up? An M&S delivery lorry 
On my return an hour later it had moved about 100 yards.
Bloody SHEEP.

Similar in Shoreham, did my 5 k high speed stagger, nothing at Shell, bled dry, and a queue along the hight St holding everything up to get into the stn by the footbridge.
