I live and work on either side of Aberdeen Airport, there are tons of helicopters all day every day. Even after 3 years I still look up thinking one must be Old Bill. It's the south London upbringing

A few years back one was hovering around over my house in Horsted Keynes one night for 15-20 mins. Woke me up. So pissed off I called the police and told them to tell their helicopter to f--- off so I could get some sleep. Their reply was to tell me they hoped I never needed police help in the future!!
Police help ... there's an oxymoron if ever there was one!
