Taking Pritchard off when 5-0 down so he could get roundly laughed at and cheered also wasn't the best piece of man management I've ever seen.

This game obviously meant a lot to him given that he's a Brighton lad - as captain of Norwich, he probably told them as much all week and must have felt badly let down by the fact that a lot of his team just gave up as he points out (although I'm not sure he should make a habit of calling them out like that).Martin isn't happy
