I was worried in case we'd been forgotten.

But no.

we had a worse shirt than this (hard to believe I know). I can't find an image of it, but it was the away shirt made of lots of tiny red squares on a white background...:nono:

these are CLASSIC albion shirts and represent quite fun parts of our history. just think that those red/white kits came out a while a before other so called 'horrible' kits so we were pushing things forward, or ribiero were anyway (think peter n'dlovu (?) coventry and sutton's norwich circa 1994).

bad albion kits are... the centenary shirt (blatantly designed by knight as it is a mess, nice idea but looked shoddy) the 2 batman kits (what an absolute joke) and recently the skinny fitting errea shirts (which are copyinga design kappa pioneered about 8 years ago).

what annoys is me the white kit...it makes us look like sad little tramps when we bring out a special shirt because we beat palaca away... do you think palace did the same thing when they beat us at withdean? if we wnat to compete with the likes of palace then it does us no good to make shirts that would be applicale to an FA cup final win.

the next shirt had better be good, and please, lets hope a professional designer had something to do with it.

it annoys be that with our cities heritage for art and design that our football team runs out looking like a crock of sh!t.

still can't believe we don't play in blue shorts and white socks, let alone sky blue stripes.

I have one of those red and white away shirts referred to above, the one with the little tiny spiral squares on it. It is now in a box with all my other football memorabilia, as far as I can remember it was figure hugging and not pleasant to wear, god knows what it was like to try playing football in, rather akin to boxing whilst wearing a straight-jacket I reckon.

Can't believe it's got this far without a mention of the Hull City tiger shirt modelled here by a young Gary Hobson.
