I was there last night. Gig was ok, but they played faster stuff that I didn't like so much. Personally I'm into the Irish sound they used to have. Room to Roam, etc.

However, I was well impressed with the new Brighton Dome. It's been ages since I've been in there, but they've really done it up a treat. Anyone know how long it's been like that?

Just need some good bands there now. I once saw the cult there, and the band were ripping up the seats.

'to the sea' is such a great album. They never really got the attention they deserved. Great to hear them back again.

It closed for the refit in 1999 and reopened in 2001.

I liked Fishermans Blues and A Pagan Place. Wouldnt mind seeing them properly. I saw them in at Glastonbury in 89 but was in the grip of a Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds trip so couldnt really grasp the musical talent on show.
