I also had a Coke at the bargain price of £ 1.50. The lid was removoed which means you have to consume the whole lot and cannot even replace the lid and take it home for your evening pleasureable consumption. What damage could a small flimsy plastic lid do ?. Even if you threw it as hard as you could from 1 foot at someone's face it would not even sting. Whats that all about ?.

coke minus the lid ! i demanded a explanation and was told to move along please sir :lolol:

Why is it you can buy a drink inside the gates and it comes with a lid, and yet at the end of the south stand they have to be removed on the instruction of one of the south stands legalised thugs (stewards).

to stop you throwing the bottle full of liquid..so being heavy ..lid of means liquid spils out on throwing

The girl started to explain b4 the fuzz asked me to shuffle off, that the bottle could be thrown with liquid inside thus being able to be thrown a further distance,if the lids not on i presume the liquid would fly out the bottle when thrown,im guessing this bit but i would like to know the wing speed velocity of a laden coke bottle compared to its unladen
