The decision to destroy the landing cards for Windrush migrants was taken under Labour, former home secretary Alan Johnson has said.
Asked if he knew about the 2009 decision, he told the BBC: "No, it was an administrative decision taken by the UK Border Agency."
The clue's in the quote - if Labour didn't know about the decision, how's it got anything to do with the previous Labour government?
It only became an issue after Theresa May changed the rules in 2014. Everyone who's followed the situation closely knows this. I'm sure you do to, but you can't put your pathetic party politics aside for one minute to admit it.
