bed at 11.30 for me ......first time in 35 years i haven,t seen the new year in.....didn't wake up til twenty past 8 either for f*** sake........on it today though

Got in at half 5 this morning so going to be abit quiet for me today at the Withdean. Everyone we walked past last night were all very nice and said happy new year.

Saw the New Year in quietly so was up to let the chickens out and feed the horses at 7:45. A damp but mild morning.

Same here, feel absolutely shattered this morning. No booze, didn't watch the New Year dross on the telly, just a rather interesting programme about the world's most dangerous airports. Gosh there's some brutes out there. Planes landing about 15 feet above tourists' heads at St Maarten, a sheer drop after the runway at Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Scary.

Landing at Lanzarote can get a bit hairy too

Rolled in at 2 after several pints of Carlsberg Export. No hangover, just a little tired. Just had a fried beaksfast. Getting picked up at noon. Bit of fresh air at Withers should sort me out.

Surprisingly after 8 pints and a bottle of bubbly i am hangover free or maybe i'm still pissed. Have just devoured a fry up and all is well with the world.

Had a glass of Bushmills at midnight,but spent all night awake with the wee one who's got his last tooth popping through so he had a temp of 39.7 all night.

Won a 10 quid bet i could hit the bulls eye on a dart board before midnight, spend actual midnight drukn (as another condition was i had to neck back 3 bottles of beer in the half hour chugging one :vomit with another passed out girl making sure she didn't, well, die.

Sobered up pretty quickly and laughed at my waste of a best mate and how disgraceful he was to humanity with the amount he'd consumed!
