How come his "life sentences" weren't consecutive? It would appear that it is irrelevant whether he committed one offence or 13 he got the same sentence. 13 life sentences = 8 years in jail, same as Max Clifford!!!

It's not the same as max Clifford.

One has to ask how a serial offender can be placed in an open prison.He has proved several times that rehabilitation is not an option for him
