Yes, they are in your basket for 20 minutes. To those who haven't got one. Refresh, refresh refresh.
Doesn't seem like it - think the key is getting through the whole process as quickly as possible (which today for me included a captcha test as well). The car parking option gets in the way (if you know you don't need it) too. I guess they get 'held' at some point in the process but not sure when. Possibly after assignment to individuals because up to that point it's not a 'valid' purchase ?
Yeah agreed, then I got some weird error about having to many tickets which seemed to kick me out, but got back in and the tickets were still there.

Same here. Started with great seats in centre but kept vanishing so went for south east corner and got a couple next to each other, well close anyway. Hope it doesn't rain!!
That error message always appears initially until you assign a ticket to a named individual..........

Yup. Kept doing this, with no expectation of any joy, and a couple popped up in E1A. Phew...
Kept selecting tickets, only to be not available, selected best option next and got 3, 2 together 1 in the next block. That was ok as I will sit with my son and my mate will be on his own, so to speak.

That was all very stressful. But I managed to get three in E1A.
I selected about 4 times seats that appeared available but when I then hit 'Buy' they were then no longer available.
I managed successfully on my fifth attempt when I hit the buy button which then said they were in my basket. At that point you can calm down as you have about 20 mins to complete the transaction by going through all the questions about assignment, mode of transport and choice of payment method.
I'm going for a lay down now.

No queue, straight in, selected seating area, selected seats (tick appeared), selected pricing for each seat, went to click "BUY" and noticed message in RED BAND "seat not available", didn't say which seat/seats, left hanging. Hoping for better luck next time.

Yep got 2 finally on 3rd try. Previous 2 attempts appeared ok but pressing buy button said seat not available. Quite stressful... but hey we get to go!
Happily, just got a couple - not together but at least in the same block. Woo hoo!
9.38 get an email from the club informing me that my priority group is now able to buy a ticket. Bit late.

I was in Priority Window 2 for the Stains game and got a ticket ... but in Window 4 for this one.
Just waiting for the site to say SOLD OUT and the the exchange to open!!

Having moaned earlier about not getting seats I eventually managed to get them for all 4 of our party by doing this. We're a bit more spread out than we'd like to be but we're all there. Phew!

Why would the exchange open? Everyone that has bought a ticket wants one and will be going surely? Unless illness or other unforseen circumstance comes up prior to the game, I doubt many if any will go on the exchange.
there was a steady stream of tickets appearing in the exchange for Southampton game - if you want a ticket keep refreshing all week and some will come up
