The only positive if you cant get a ticket is we can still watch every game live.

On a side note, will we be able to see the Newport away FA Cup live.

Holding out hope that we get a promotion to Covid Tier 1 on the 16th, which would mean being able to go to the pub to watch it, with others, and not needing to order a Scotch egg.

3 for southampton, 1 for Sheffield Utd. Might be good to go so I can say "I was there when Sheffield Utd got their first win of the season!" I don't think today is a good day to decide if I want to go...

Our local does a lovely vegetarian one as well.

Sorry I was not clear, are all the FA Cup games being shown Live on TV, your answer suggests ours will, which would be brilliant.

No emails, is that Paul Barber's way of saying "look, it's not you, it's me?"

Should allow people to opt out for a start. I was group 2 for last night and could have got a ticket. I have zero interest in going at the moment and most of my pals are the same. My group 2 place would have better suited to someone who actually wants to go. No idea what group I'm in for Sheffield United but it doesn't really matter as I don't want to go.

Then why not split it into however many equal groups and then rotate it. So if you were group 4 last time you then go to group 1, group 1 goes to 2 etc etc so everyone gets a chance and you make it on a first come first serve basis.

Cant split as you suggest because the groups are not equal sizes. P1 is only = to number of seats available and making it bigger would mean no guarateed seat and a complte nightmare on ticket site when it opened just like p2 chaos for last match. What I cant see is why they cant simply take previous p1 winners from last match out of the ballot for just the next match. I imagine the technology must be good enough to do that.

Just phoned the club & apparently there is 2000 tickets in tier 1 & 7000 in each of the other groups. This would mean that all tier 1's will get a ticket. My youngest won't be going so that will drop one of the tickets down to tier 2..... If that helps.

Good Luck all.

I can see a bit of an issue cropping up with tiers being reviewed on 16 Dec and the match four days later, if East Sussex is put into Tier 3 (Rother and Hastings are looking an issue at the moment) there could be a lot of tickets suddenly appears on the exchange. This added to the possibility that B&H and West Sussex could go into Tier 1 so another 2,000 tickets could be released. This could result in a lot of East Sussex supporters being out of pocket.
