I hate losing to them. But I don't hate them. I have no cause to.
Well, we were at Vauxhall Motors v Bootle so I’ll have to take your word for it. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the score updates from the Amex and occasionally listening to the commentary though. The main problem is you would have to change your user name.I mean, obviously it’s not but you have to admit other than the score line, it was quite a damp squid today
No giant flags, no pyro, no drum, no problem. They were very quiet today.
That’s true of a lot of rivalries. I doubt many of the mouthy kids at West Ham/Millwall or Portsmouth/Southampton know much about the dock strikes. The rivarly will live on for a long time yet. The issue is that most of the people standing up today singing "we hate palace" have no idea why...
Absolutely laughable to hear 3-1 and you still don't sing when they decided to pipe up after their goal and it momentarily went quiet in our end. Absolute jokersWhat happened to the media bull about noisiest fans? When losing, they’re stony silent …. for 40 minutes.
When Olise went off on 55 there was a steady stream of departees, non stop.
Having been through it since the beginnings, yes. I am fully aware. You're aware of the reasons for the rivalry?
This.Having been through it since the beginnings, yes. I am fully aware.
I was seven years old at the time, and all that has passed. If anyone thinks the Palace match has a bit of an edge to it, all well and good. Anyone who is driven by an inherited hatred needs to grow up.
Palace are nothing more than a pantomime villain.
The rivalry is fun and has done a lot of good too. REMF etc. I actually quite like Palace because they are a proper club with local fans. I've never met a Palace supporter I didn't get on with. Lots of ribbing, no hatred.
??A shame to see a palace lad get decked
I think that’s Palace on the left !!A shame to see a palace lad get decked

I'd also say that a person has to the right to self defence. A frothy mouthed, coked up fool who goes raging at someone else has no right to complain if they get decked.??
I don't condone violence, but watch the palace lad who gets a slap, greenish jacket, red top, jeans and desert boots, he comes from behind the lad pinned on floor getting nicked, goes right up to Brighton fans and is either right in face or giving it large/trying to have a go, someone gives him a whack.
He shouldn't be punched but looks like he was at best stupid, at worst asking for it?
Only about of a third of them need to be there. They don’t seem to mind the overtime for standing around doing nothing.I wonder about the police in these situations.
I can't imagine anyone goes into the police force to babysit overweight neanderthals on a Saturday afternoon.
Plenty did argue for that online. And I remember an old colleague who was trying to convince me that Millwall was a more realistic rivalry lol. Lovely bloke but that was a bit silly.Wonder if they said the same when we were struggling?
