The reason for all the moaning and complaining

As a football fan of BHA I will not be calling for Gus Poyet's head as he is the greatest manager I have ever seen at the club and most of us know he has a long term plan of greatness for us.

However, what is so frustrating is seeing the team play poorly when I know they are capable of so much better on an individual basis. We have some pretty good players and some who I'd happily pay the taxi fair to send them elsewhere but Gus's policy has always been to replace them with a better option and so far this is proving to be the hardest task in attracting players who are an improvement on what we currently have at a sensible price.

The squad won't change much but with 2 or 3 additions we will have a team capable of beating anyone on our day, but for that to happen the players need to be putting in the effort and performance they are capable of as some of late have looked like they would struggle to get into a League 2 side

Yes for now,however expect a resurgent Barnesy to emerge soon!!..............

Whenever we have a poor run, whatever the reason, people jump on the bandwagon & slag the manager off. I'm sure Gus will get it right but we just might have to be a bit patient.

I think the question is does everyone calling him BDB mean he is ever going to improve? Or should he just bugger off now?
