You can see us missing Moises already in the middle. Same with when he was at RB or not playing last year. We always concede way more through the middle and in the final third, especially one on ones. That then puts much more continual pressure on the CBs and Steele and they make more mistakes as per the goal.

True. But it's the last preseason game with a starting lineup that is likely very close to what we'll put out against Luton next week.

It would be reassuring if we looked very nearly ready rather than still working stuff out.

I'm going to try and get all my negativity out before the season starts. So far we are really seeing the limitations of Steele. Put him under pressure with long balls etc, make him make decisions and he is all over the shop. If this was the Everton game we'd be 3 down.
