My problem with ‘The Smiths’ was never the band themselves.

Though was never really into them - A group of guys creating & writing music that they are truly passionate about - what’s not to admire!

My issue was probably not with the true fans, however they seemed to attract people who probably didn’t even care for the music, who would harp on & on about them, purely because they thought it was trendy, hip & cool, to do so!

Hipsters - people who are into alternative things, not because they have any passion or love for it - only because it they think it makes them cool & trendy!
