Who had a premier league career of just 12 games over 4 seasons
Interesting call for when it comes to voting Hamilton
Yes it will be very interesting to see if those voting actually base it on what they have achieved in the PL (as this is supposed to be) or vote for teams with players based on the reputations built from their time playing in other leagues and not really having an impact on the PL when they were there.
For example John O'Shea with 5 PL titles and over 350 appearances vs Gerard Pique with 12 PL appearances - will the name or the achievements win over voters, a hard one to call
From the John O'Shea example comes another dilemma too. Do you vote for an OK player who has won more titles or one that has been outstanding for his teams that haven't neccesarily been as successful. For example, I would say Steven Gerrard is better than Anderson, but the latter has 4 more PL titles.
take Le Tiss for example, won nothing but is pretty much the best midfielder in the draft
I think it's just about being sensible when you vote, there'll be very few players that have been 'outstanding' over a period of time that will not receive suitable plaudits, take Le Tiss for example, won nothing but is pretty much the best midfielder in the draft, obviously he beats a chump like Anderson. O'Shea, whilst not necessarily being an outstanding player, has had a very long and succesful career in the PL.
John O'Shea is a decent player, but he reminded me of all the average players the United banner has carried to titles over the years.

He played most of the games for United nearly every season he was there. Hardly a bit player.
Some of the other choices were (Pique had 3 games one season and then 9 games 2 seasons later for a total of 12 PL games. Kuszczak had would be a more appropriate example, playing 6, 9, 4, 8 and 5 games = 32 appearances over 5 seasons and getting 4 Premier League titles, 2 league cups & a Champions League title in that time)
I said John O'Shea is a decent player. However he reminded me of players who really have played small parts in successful seasons. Anderson was my example.
Basically an under-rated player then
