And the overseas outfield player with most games in Premiership?

Sylvain Distin

I'm sure he won't mind playing at left back.

Bugger, I really thought he'd (somehow) gone under the radar.

I could have picked a number of current Premier League centre backs but looking at all the other draft pick teams they all have a great element of attacking flair, so (like a good manager eh Sami) it's time to counter that, if your forwards can survive getting past Pearce they are going to bang straight into this fella.

My defence has an almost Star Wars look! on the right the good, cultured popular ball playing defenders, but on the left pure evil.

To paraphrase Brian Clough, these modern day defenders are not a ******* like this fella. And, son, I want a ******* in my defence.

The man Roy Keane (yes Roy Keane!!) called a nasty f**ker.........Gabriele Heinze!!

I've got a few players with a bit of an edge in my team, but I want a monster in holding midfield. Someone that, when faced with the quality attacking options every team in this draft has, will win the ball while also leaving them with PTSD.

I had a feeling this player might fly under the radar. Five years at Everton terrorising attackers in the Premier League before Real Madrid snapped him up on the cheap to do the same in La Liga.

By my reckoning Worthingite has timed out too meaning it's my turn?

Completing my back 4 is a player with over 300 Premier League appearances, 7 League titles, 2 FA Cups, 3 League Cups, 2 Champions League titles and was in the PFA team of the year in 2000-01. Still going strong in the top flight now, it's a player described by Alex Ferguson as "the most natural defender Utd have had for years" it's Wes Brown.
The_Viper you're up

I'm gonna take my pick now, sadly was asleep for my window!!!! Filling the World Cup winner is a tricky one, so I'm going for a midfielder who only started 44 games for Chelsea, but IMO very underrated. It's time to welcome André Schürrle to team Worthingite.

Sorry for missing my go chaps, been struck down with the Norovirus so I've spent the last 48 hours glued to the loo with my head over the sink.

My next player had a much shorter Premier League career than I thought, but he fits in to one of the difficult categories, slots nicely in to my team AND he's still picked up a Premier League title and 2 FA Cups.

I reckon I'm probably accountable for about half of the views  when it's getting near my pick I check about every 5 minutes...

The other half is probably me then, checking to see who has been picked (keeping the lists up to date) and making sure we are keeping this moving by informing whoever's next that it's their go.

Two genuinely vital services - this would have descended into chaos long ago without your efforts, particularly in terms of keeping up with who has picks outstanding.

I pick the ENIGMA Fabrizio Ravenelli, him and Ruud up front will be lethal!
albionalex I believe

I don't think it is his go. I believe you've missed three people there and, as one of them is me, I'm not having it! MattBackHome is up i think.

Correct. It is MattBackHome to pick next
albionalex will have to wait until MattBackHome, StripeyShark (and Max Paper's) turns are up
