I can make no comment on the aging process experienced by such a man as he. However, I thought it was a premier league draft so it's when they first played in the premier league rather than when they made their old first division debut.

There will then be a World Cup Style tournament, where your subs will come in to play, and if the number of completed teams work out then you'll be able to steal players from teams if you progress and they don't.

As I've said previously I got the entire draft idea from another forum I use, we did an all-time draft recently on there and I there was a tournament at the end where the two teams who qualified through the groups got to steal a player. Managed to snag Eusebio and Nesta from my group before crashing out in the 1/4 when I didn't deserve to.

Talking of stealing ideas, the current draft is a Landmine draft which might be something worth doing on here. Basically, before the draft starts each player can "landmine" 5 players, then if somebody else picks them the landmine goes off and the landminer gets the player, rather than the person who picked him. It would be hard to sort on here, but it was a really good laugh on there.
