A draw against the current league champions.

Learned from last season's naivety.

Missing our best player.

1 point gained.

Can't see how that's two points lost! We score the first pen and the game dynamics change. We did what I hoped, not concede early and stay in the game.

Great point.

I've gone for a point gained.
But in an ideal world, given our two vasectomy strikers (Welbeck excluded) goal attempts, I'd say two points dropped.

Easy one this week Bozza.

Two points dropped - missed penalty and one on one with keeper put wide. Ryan also should have stopped Liverpool goal . IMO :albion2:

Two points dropped when you look at the match and chances we had

You never want to miss a pen, but a goal for us just 20 mins in would have invited a huge amount of pressure. Liverpool would have likely equalised, then the whole momentum of the game is with them. That's how I'm looking at it!

Two points dropped for me. On the face of it, a draw with the champions seems great but it doesn’t tell the whole story. With better finishing we would have won that game by a decent margin.

Neither.

It was a fair result.
This. We were much better than them 1st half and should have been ahead.

They were then better for 2/3 of the second half but we did really well to come back at them.

1-1 was a fair result against the champions of England and Europe.

yeah that's as maybe, but seriously how many shots did Ryan have to deal with?
Three points are pretty essential to Liverpool 0-0 0r 0-1 should be a similar scenario.

We were disciplined, organised and frankly better than them (defensively at least) all game.

Dunk back to his best.
White: Superb
Veltman was at his most Veltmanest
March
Bissouma

Seriously good performance. Happy with a draw, but that was seriously one we should/could have nicked.

I've just checked the table and we definitely gained a point. If we'd dropped two we'd only be on seven points.
