Totaly agree, he did the same thing at Gillinham last week. He seems to have an obsession with bringing defenders on when we are loosing.

Sorry, but not strictly true. At Gillingham he brought Hinshelwood on for Butters and stuck Elphick up front as an extra striker.

I think it was a good decision.

He put El'Abd on and played 3 at the back.

This pushed Richards up into midfield and Jakey upfront.

So, we were playing 3 4 3.
