So close, you could SMELL the pies on a matchday, you could leave your front door when the first dulcet tones of FANZONE waft across your patio and still be in your seat when GOSBTS comes on...

2.5 acres - imagine how many cars you'd get parked up on there!

Btw - I'm not on commission and 1.75m is a bit outside my budget

I wonder what deposit I would need for a mortgage and my chip factory.

£1 profit on a tray of chips. 7,500 trays a game. 25 games a season = £187,500

Money back on the purchase price within the space of 9 1/3 seasons.

Interestingly, the Aerial Photo shows bloody great empty fields up Village way,North and South. Misrepresentation I know but how do they propose to hide that big building when a prospective buyer goes for a viewing?

Promotion could hit you hard with 4 games less in the premier league

I used to live in Goldstone Road.

People used to park in our space and piss on the flower pots on a Saturday.

Never again.

Interesting that they mention its proximity to Falmer station but not the 22,500 seater football stadium less than half a mile away.

Is that not just a tad misleading? I mean, I'd buy it like a shot if I had that sort of cash, but plenty of people* might find the Amex off-putting.

We could all chip in!

Mmmmmmm, I like the sound of this.......

9 DOUBLE bedrooms it says.

So there's 9-18 students paying rent straight away to cover the mortgage!

In student holiday time, you open it up to exiled BHA fans who need somewhere to stay for a night or two at a reasonable rate...

Plus, charge cars to park for each match.

People could pitch tents during the warmer months...

This could be a Go-er!

Bulldoze those horse stables and build a 15 car garage and we'd be there in a jiffy (small issue around funding but I'm sure paydaycover.com will help).

The place has been for sale for ages! Remember seeing it online when I was moving last year. (was slightly out of my price bracket!)

It always amazes me that football stadiums affect house prices in a way that a shitty out of town hypermarket (with permanent horrendous traffic) doesn't.
