But by then we would have an extra 8,000 seats which one would have to assume an uptake of an extra 2,500 trays per game, thus a 18 match league campaign, or 20 with cup games should yield an additional £12,500 per season.

It always amazes me that football stadiums affect house prices in a way that a shitty out of town hypermarket (with permanent horrendous traffic) doesn't.
