Any form of music channel programme that has Little Mix or Olly Murs choosing their 'fave' Christmas hits. Sitting in a Christmassy surround and chirping will useless nonsense.

Urggh!!

For the past 5 Christmases we have turned the TV off and instead sat around the table after eating, talked, drank, played cards or other games and had some fun.
Anything that we may have wanted to watch is recorded.
Later in the evening we sit down and watch a great Christmas movie.
It has improved our Christmas enormously.
There is rarely anything on Christmas TV that I feel I have to watch.

Mrs Brown's Boys. I assume a Christmas special exists.

Anything that calls itself a Christmas Special.
From long and almost unfailing experience, it won't be.

Mrs Brown Boys,. Utter, utter, utter sh*te

Nailed it. Plus....all the Soaps and ‘reality’ TV shows and anything at all emanating from Simon Cowell’s TV turd-making machine.......all of which, of course, the Missus will watch (whilst I’m in the other room watching sport, Attenborough and comedy shows drinking port [emoji106][emoji106])
