Panicking is altogether premature.
A change of manager, and sacking the director of football, and this ship turns right around.

Who's looking forward to seeing Dougie Freedman on the FLS tonight?

This just goes to show that the, yes Hyypia was crap, but the problem was way more deep-routed than simply the manager being crap.

Genuinely fear for us at the moment, I think we will only be safe because Blackpool, Wigan and Millwall remain more sh1t than us!

Kayal should have come on sooner, by the sounds of it Brighton have been really poor today. I was thinking mid table mediocrity for us this season but looking like relegation fodder. We will be very lucky not to go down.

Actually the weren't poor. Hit the post numerous times and their keeper made a load of good saves, unlike our
keeper.

Sack/replace Stockdale, he's a liability; yes he's made some decent saves during his time here, but it's not enough.
According to BBC stats we had 6 on target scored 2 they had 3 on target scored 3 doesn't speak too highly of goalkeeper or defence.

Virgo is saying not good enough. Stockdale and Greer both in trouble. Stockdale hasn't won us any games but has lost us several.

bennett u are a ****

He wont be here next season and Dunk and Halford could be the only survivors from the cull of the defensive unit (goalkeeper included)

New signing Beram Kayal is included in the Brighton squad after signing from Celtic and winger Kazenga LuaLua is back from a knee injury.

Defender Greg Halford, on loan from Nottingham Forest, is ineligible to face his parent club.

New Forest boss Dougie Freedman has strikers Matty Fryatt, Lars Veldwijk and Dexter Blackstock as options if he wants to ring the changes.

Midfielders David Vaughan and Jamie Paterson are also available for Forest.

Head-to-Head

•The earlier meeting this season ended as a goalless draw at the City Ground in September.

•There have been four draws in the last six meetings, with each side winning once.

•Nottingham Forest have won two of the last four meetings at Brighton, drawing one and losing one.

Brighton

•Brighton have lost three of their last four games in all competitions, winning the other. Their only win since 10 January was 3-2 against Ipswich at home in the Championship on 21 January.

•Brighton have won only one of their last seven home games in all competitions, drawing two and losing four.

Nottingham Forest

•Nottingham Forest have won only one of their last 11 games in all competitions. Their only win since 22 November was 2-1 at Derby in the Championship on 17 January.

•Nottingham Forest have won only two of their last 13 away games in all competitions. Their only other win on the road since August was 3-0 at Wolves in the Championship on 22 November.

Good luck to the lads!

I blame it all on the thread starter!! ALL matchday threads should be taken very seriously, this has not happened on todays game..........I think a public stoning would be in order!
