The BA staff travel benefits are certainly a great help ... as long as you don't mind travelling standby even when you have a so called "firm" seat!
Ryan air flights from Bournemouth, if booked in advance they're nice and cheap and with the Villa for £250 cant go wrong, A nice quiet place perfect for kids, car needed tho

Sounds good. I've often wondered what Arizona and Utah are like in the "winter" - love the desert, but it's too hot at the usual holiday times!
Had a weeks skiing in la plagne in January, and off to Egypt in June, time for me to learn to dive !
Lanzarote in October. My son is desperate to go up Mt Timanfaya, however you spell it.
I'm doing Oz/NZ for most of February.
Sydney, Uluru, Auckland, Whangamata, Tauranga, Rotorua, Napier, Wellington, Punakaiki, Franz Josef, Queenstown, Mount Cook, Christchurch.
Thanks going to Menorca all inclusive in August.
Did you enjoy NZ?
Agree, I let the flights dictate where I'm going. That's the only downside, New York is 7 flights a day. Guaranteed business class.
Try to stay away from destinations with 1 flight a day. Although I did get to Vegas and back on staff travel, and that's 1 flight a day.
