I have stuffed my hungover face full of rtery clogging goodness today , made toasted bagels with bacon, mushrooms, chillis and cheddar. Chilli dogs with homemade chips for lunch, crackers with cheeses, pate and onion marmalade and vrious packs of nuts, treats etc. bad day for my health regime, a good day for my mentl wellbeing
