If palace win we should seriously be asking if 4th this year was vaguely good enough on reflection. On our day we are easily a level above this standard but it begs the question were the team properly motivated by gus because holloway is showing here what can be done by having a go and building a team spirit that knows how to forge wins when not even playing well....whoever comes in needs to do more than just talk a good game for the cameras if we want to go up...they need to motivate on a cold miserable night in Barnsley and burnley!
