I have 1340 ( I assume those will be released tomorrow

How does the points work. I have Away games of Portsmouth, Millwall, Reading. I assume home cup games dont count points wise ( as I have liverpool and Gillingham). I know you get something for being a Withers ST ( I had one every year)

All cup games, home and away = 20 points

So you must have some points from elsewhere...

You can go through your transactions on the ticketing site and it will show you where your points came from.

Did you do Gillingham or Wrexham home cup games for the extra 20 points?
