they should give you loyalty points for the amount of seasons you had a season ticket at withdean!

that is a very good point as i would agree but the club cannot please everyone! im lucky and have 1400 on the dot and ive been to over half away games..cup games and a ST last year (and the other 9 at withers) there seems to be ALOT of people worried about tickets so there cant be too many falling into the 1400 bracket

The Championship.
As someone with the max points here are my thoughts on this.

The first allocation of over 1400 makes sense and is perfectly fair, however the way the points decrease is a bit silly in my opinion. Dropping ten points every two or three days is too slow. I expect the club are trying to keep the stress on the ticket office to a minimum through this drip feed method but I expect a fair number of tickets to be left once they drop below 1,330 points.

My proposal would be to drop them in 50 point increments twice a week with a more gradual decrease for the first week. So we would have:

1400 6th
1380 10th
1370 11th
1360 12th
1350 13th
1300 16th
1250 18th
1200 20th

This way those lower down the priority will have a chance to at least know ten days in advance whether they are getting a ticket. Those higher up still have a big advantage in securing their tickets.

It is also worth noting that 1,330 points, the current lowest number of points on the clubs allocation timetable, could have been achieved without going to single away game.

Exactly the point I was trying to make.

It shouldnt drop in increments of 10 at all, by far more. Every single non Withdean STH has less than 1200 points. You would have to do 20 away games to get to that point.

In reality I expect about half the tickets to go to those on 1330 and above. The club should have got to that point in sales within about 7 days and then given themselves plenty of time to go through increments such as 1200 then 1150 then 1100 (Still non withdean ST and 10 away games!) then general sale.

I think someone is going to make a fortune in booking fee's...

Out of most groups that travel to away games together, some must have a different number of loyalty points. Lets just say a group with 4 people, do they wait until the points total has reached the lowest of what the 4 have or each buy their own ticket? I reckon thier will be far more transactions than normal.

Strange one this. I've got 100 points and got tickets to both Portsmouth and Southampton no problem. So why the club think most tickets will sell to above 1330 points for this game, or why people with 1100-1300 points are panicking on this thread, I'm not sure.

Why does this game k.o at 800pm instead of 745pm ???

Have you ever tried to park 180 caravans, 300 ponies and set up numerous random washing lines??
