As a Broncos fan it is always good to see the Silver & Black Clowns losing but I was hoping that they would turn over the Bolts last night. Shame that they threw it away with a turnover right at the end when they had a good chance of at least taking it to O/T if not the win.

Bortles has really impressed, I know he's thrown a few interceptions but the WR's need to take their load of the blame. The main problem is the offensive tackles, there is zero protection for BB which means he has no time in the pocket, it's all Snap and throw.

OT's are all set to become the most valuable property in football I reckon, those passers need protecting. Next years draft could be very interesting, with the possibly the jags and skins at the top but neither needing a QB. Good chance for some major trades as people clamour for Mariota, Winston (boo!), Petty and Hundley etc.

Pats v Jets - with Ryan and Bellichick, two of the most irritating coaches in the NFL. Quite a good game to watch as a neutral - better than expected. Finally a Thursday night game that wasn't a dud. 27-25 to the Pats, and Brady, with 3 TD passes, continues to show why he is one of the best in the business. Not looking good for the Jets who are now 1-6

Whisper it quietly, but the Jags are 7-6 up at HT. The D line is holding strong and restricted the Browns to 2 field goals. Great TD for Rookie WR Allan Robinson. Go Go Go

Seahawks being pummelled right now!!

Also, albeit less of a surprise the packers are looking awesome.
After yesterdays abject performance I found I couldn't watch another humiliation, even if it was my Packers dishing it out.
I managed a couple of quarters, but I was feeling sorry for Cam et al, so hoped over to the Skins.

Two great special plays by the Rams punt team to turn over the Hawks. First was a kick that fooled everyone into going to the left but the ball actually went right to allow them to run it back nearly unchallenged. Then a fake punt to help keep possession when deep in their own half protecting the two point lead. That last one took some balls from the coordinator any mistake would have handed the Hawks the game.

I'm not watching it but the stats in the Jags/Brown game suggest the QB's are competing against each other to see who is the worst!

Hoyer takes the honour. Jags win for the first time this season, and it was all down to the D line and actually having a running game for once. Starting RB Toby Gerhart was ruled out so Dennard Robinson and Storm Johnson took the field, both of them ran in for a Touch Down :)

Can we dream of going 2-6? Defence will be under pressure with Posluzny missing (torn pectoral :( ) but hopefully they'll have some confidence after whooping (yes, I will go that far) the Browns last week. We finally have a running game so here's to hoping, it's up to you ,Jacksonville, to save my weekend:)
